How the Withdrawal Process Works
Withdrawing your winnings from any cricket exchange in our network is a straightforward 3-step process. Unlike traditional betting platforms, there are zero deductions and no maintenance fees on any cashout request.
Step 1 — Send Withdrawal Request via WhatsApp
Message your assigned agent with the following information:
- Your Cricket ID username
- The exact amount you wish to withdraw
- Your UPI ID (VPA) or registered UPI-linked phone number
Important: The UPI ID used for withdrawal must belong to the same person as the cricket ID. To review verification standards, see our beginner account activation guide.
Step 2 — Agent Processes the Request
Your agent will verify the withdrawal against your current balance and initiate the UPI transfer. Processing times vary by exchange (see the table below). You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once the transfer is initiated.
Step 3 — Funds in Your Bank Account
The UPI credit appears in your bank account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes of the transfer being initiated. You will receive an SMS credit alert from your bank. If the amount does not reflect within 15 minutes, share your UPI reference number with your agent.
Expected Withdrawal Speed by Exchange
Our agents process withdrawal requests around the clock. Below are the average processing times per exchange:
| Exchange | Average Speed | Peak Hours (7–11 PM) |
|---|---|---|
| Laser247 | 2–5 min | Up to 15 min |
| Diamond Exchange | 3–8 min | Up to 15 min |
| Lotus365 | 3–10 min | Up to 20 min |
| Betbhai9 | 5–12 min | Up to 25 min |
| Silver Exchange | 5–15 min | Up to 30 min |
Withdrawal Limits
All exchanges support a minimum withdrawal of ₹100. There is no standard maximum — however, single withdrawals above ₹1,00,000 may require a brief manual verification step by your agent, adding 5–10 minutes to processing time.
For withdrawals above ₹5,00,000, a bank NEFT or IMPS transfer may be used instead of UPI (UPI has a per-transaction limit of ₹1–2 lakh set by NPCI for most banks). Your agent will guide you through the process.
Common Withdrawal Issues & Solutions
- Withdrawal rejected: Most rejections occur when the UPI ID is mistyped, the account is inactive, or the balance is insufficient. Double-check your VPA and retry.
- Pending for over 30 minutes: Contact your agent with your Cricket ID and request amount, or file a ticket with our official 24/7 support desk.
- Bank shows "beneficiary account invalid": Your bank may have temporarily restricted incoming UPI credits. Contact your bank's helpline to resolve.
- Amount credited wrongly: If a different amount was credited, notify your agent immediately with a screenshot of your bank statement. Discrepancies are resolved within 2 hours.
